I know the cloak should be red but I liked it this way better. Kind of iffy on how it came out... I like it... but then I don't. Ugh.

Can someone explain to me why in the manga and anime he never drops his weights in Shippuden?
We clearly saw how fast he was without them when he fought Gaara, and we clearly saw how strong he was getting while Naruto left, so obviously he increased them, he's clearly not faster then the enemy can see without his gates....so why the hell does he never take them off or use the 6th or 7th gate? It took him like less then a year to learn 5, obviously he's learned the other 2 now.
Or is everything about Naruto, cause Naruto has to be responsible for all wins now?
